These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 77ab ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person ("User", "you") who uses our website or services. By registering on the Platform or using it in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

General Provisions
77ab is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other entertainment services. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in case of any conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply to your use of the platform. These documents together form the complete agreement.
77ab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. However, such changes will not affect any bets you currently have in progress.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use 77ab's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
- You must own a valid bank account or mobile financial service account.
- You must operate the account in your own name; opening or operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
- A person may hold only one account.
77ab may request proof of identity at any time for age verification. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Account Registration
Registering an account with accurate and complete information is mandatory. The information you provide at registration includes:
- Full name (as per national ID card)
- Correct date of birth
- Valid email address or mobile number
- Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank)
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 77ab will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access to your account, unless it results from our own negligence.
Account Verification
77ab may verify an account at any time to ensure security. A copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested for verification. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.
Deposits & Withdrawals
77ab supports secure and convenient payment methods. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard processing time: within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests will not be processed while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
Bonuses & Promotions
77ab offers various promotional offers, each with its own terms. The main terms are outlined below:
Welcome Bonus
- 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000. After placing bets totalling 15 times the ৳2,000 bonus = ৳30,000, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
VIP Program
77ab's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Tier changes are determined based on gaming activity and engagement. 77ab reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once on the same account, household, or IP address.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- In cases of bonus abuse, 77ab reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
Responsible Gaming
77ab places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage our users to game in a healthy and moderate way.

- Upon your request, 77ab can set deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion on your account.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ab platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Operating multiple accounts or bonus arbitrage.

- Use of automated software (bots), macros, or any other automation.
- Intimidating, threatening, or harassing other users in any way.

- Copying, distributing, or publishing any content.

Limitation of Liability
The 77ab platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
77ab will not be liable in the following cases:
- Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment systems.
- Loss resulting from a breach of the user's account credentials (unless caused by our negligence).
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.
In any circumstance, 77ab's total liability will not exceed the total amount you deposited in that month.
Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all valid balances are withdrawn before closing your account.
Terms & Conditions Changes
77ab reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, we will post a notice on the platform or inform you at your registered email.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
